The Marcos administration has extended healthcare and food assistance programs to Zamboanga Sibugay through the release of P10 million in medical aid funding for the Dr. George T. Hofer Medical Center and the distribution of rice assistance to beneficiaries under the “Bawat Bayan Makikinabang” program. The initiatives aim to strengthen public healthcare access and provide support to vulnerable communities in the province.
